I have made the difficult decision to stop practicing reflexology and reiki with immediate effect.

Over the past two years, it has been an absolute privilege to support so many of you on your wellbeing journeys. I’ve been incredibly grateful for your trust, loyalty and kindness, and I’ve loved getting to know so many wonderful people along the way.

Thank you for your support, encouragement and for allowing me to be a small part of your lives over the past two years. I will miss seeing you all very much, and I wish each and every one of you the very best for the future.
