I had a reflexology session with Jo and it was absolutely wonderful. She has created a beautiful, calming space that instantly makes you feel relaxed. The reflexology was excellent and I felt very zen afterwards – calm, balanced and rested. Just wanted to say that I have much more energy today and my left hip is less painful and tight. It was like it straight after the treatment! It definitely feels different. It still aches but in a different less painful way and it doesn’t hurt to lift my leg up anymore. Amazing! Feeling more positive with much more energy.
